Give a routine a place in your life
A habit is a practice you want to return to: reading, stretching or making time to learn. Link it to a goal or life area so you can see why it deserves attention, alongside the tasks and projects it supports.
Choose a version that fits an ordinary day. A small practice you can return to is more useful than a complicated tracking system you avoid opening.
Record what happened in your own words
Try: “I finished yoga this morning.” Tjati can find the relevant habit and record the check-in. The Habits screen also gives you a direct way to review your routines and their history.
Check that the result matches what you meant. The point is to keep a useful record of your practice, without turning each check-in into another administrative task.
Use the history as information
Streaks and check-in history help you look back at consistency. A missed practice is also useful context: perhaps the timing, size or expectation needs to change.
Review the routine in relation to the goal it supports. Keeping a streak alive is not the only reason to continue, and changing a habit can be the right next step.
